Jump into the Fun!
With our many gymnastic events, students will build a strong foundation for the future. Our gymnastic events include cartwheel and handstand development, back-handsprings, back-walkovers, vaulting, balance beam and various floor tumbling skills. These skills are helpful to be learned at a young age if your child is interested in cheerleading or any other sports. During our Olympic weeks students will develop strength and focus using our single bar.
In addition to our gymnastics events, children will also explore yoga as well as other fitness techniques to develop strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be made on correct posture, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, kinesthetic awareness and the “Yes I Can” attitude. Classes are for both boys and girls.
